Check your connection
We send one tiny request every second and time the round trip. If your Wi-Fi or line is wobbling, you will see it here.

How Pingu reads the result
Pingu’s pose follows the measurement. The marked card shows the one you are in right now.

What do these numbers mean?
Latency (ms)
Time from your browser sending a request to pingu.tr until the first reply arrives. Under 100 ms is comfortable, over 200 ms is noticeable, over 400 ms is bad.
Jitter
The average difference between two consecutive measurements. Even with low latency, high jitter breaks up video calls and makes games stutter. Under 30 ms is good.
Loss
Share of requests with no reply within 2 seconds. A healthy line shows zero. Frequent loss usually means weak Wi-Fi or a line problem.
What to do
Move closer to the router or use a cable and check for big downloads on the same network. If the numbers improve, Wi-Fi was the problem. If not, give your provider these figures.
What it does not measure
This is not a speed test or an ICMP ping. It times small HTTP requests from your browser to pingu.tr (usually the nearest Cloudflare location). Results are calculated in your browser only, not written to a server, not stored.
