Pingu is a free tool for understanding network problems. By using it you agree to the following:

• You may only measure publicly reachable domain names and IP addresses. Private, local and reserved networks are rejected.
• You may not use Pingu to put load on, scan or attack a target. Query frequency is limited.
• Results are informational; network conditions change instantly and routers may rate-limit ICMP replies.
• The service is provided as is; outages can happen.

We may limit connections that we see being abused.
